I’ve just received a phone call on my cell phone. After a single ring, it hanged up.
I’ve then call back to fall on an interactive voice response service, offering me an outbound unlimited mobile phone service.
A new annoying technique.. Dial / Hangup, hoping they’ll receive a call back.
